Nike Debuts New ReactX Foam Cushioning With Its Latest InfinityRN 4 Runner

Nike continues to be a technological advancer in the world of footwear as it expands upon its catalog of cushioning innovations. Technologies such as Air Max, Zoom Air, React, ZoomX, FlyKnit and more have captured the hearts of sneaker lovers across the globe, and now the brand is broadening its range with a new ReactX Foam cushioning unit. Designed to be more Earth-friendly, the new midsole component will be making its debut via the Swoosh's InfinityRN 4 model.The road-ready kicks are fashioned with a low cut and constructed with a FlyKnit upper build that utilizes an average of 60% less waste than traditional footwear-upper manufacturing. Glossy Swooshes are situated on the forefoot while the brand's retro pinwheel insignia is tacked onto the collars. ReactX Foam — which reduces the midsole's carbon footprint by 43% — is loaded inside of the bottoms and offers runners 13% more energy return. “Many people today incorporate running in their lives as a way of powering a holistic betterment journey and they’ve asked us for a shoe that would support their performance and the planet too”, said Jeongwoo Lee, Nike’s Senior Design Director. “The InfinityRN 4 was designed to provide supportive cushioning for a smooth run.
