During Air Max Day in 2018, Nike debuted the Air VaporMax Plus, a hybrid silhouette that nods to the 1998 Air Max Plus with its floating cage, padded upper, and heel logos. For 2023, Nike Sportswear continues to add to its lineup as we now come across a new “Burgundy” colorway for Summer 2023.
This offering of the Nike Air VaporMax Plus arrives in a full Burgundy color blocking reminiscent of a fine red wine. It features a neoprene upper with plastic TPU overlays, and suede heels. White tongue branding, mini Swooshes, and insoles with 3M reflective tongues atop its signature translucent VaporMax sole unit completes the design.
