Charles Barkley donned the Air Max2 CB 94 while playing for the Phoenix Suns in the 1994 season. These sneakers, expertly crafted by Tracy Teague, were a perfect embodiment of Barkley’s defiant nature. Nike is bringing back the iconic “Varsity Purple” and “Triple Black” versions of the shoe in the current year, and fans can look forward to the highly anticipated re-release of the timeless “Old Royal” edition in the upcoming Spring of 2024.

The latest iteration of the Nike Air Max2 CB 94, last spotted in 2021, boasts a striking White, Black, and Old Royal color combination. Its White leather upper, featuring perforations for enhanced breathability, beautifully contrasts with the Black mesh tongues, inner lining, and intricate detailing. Notably, the Old Royal accents at the forefoot of the Air-cushioned midsole, inner tongue lining, and bootie offer an appealing burst of color. Completing the design is a solid Black rubber sole that delivers both style and functionality.
