Nike Sportswear will debut more classic color options of the Air Max Uptempo 95 in 2026. You can now add the “Derek Fisher” PE to the list of color options. Originally released in 2003 and worn by Fisher during the LA Lakers’ three-peat run in the early 2000s.
Although this pair isn’t an original colorway, it was launched in 2003. Connected to Fisher, we would also see a release occur in 2016. As for the 2025 pair, it will resemble the prior releases.
This Nike Air Max Uptempo 95 is dressed in a White, Court Purple, White, and University Gold color combination. Going over the shoes, it features Purple nubuck on the mudguard with White leather on the upper. Purple also fills in the nubuck Swoosh logo, while outlined in Yellow. More Yellow appears on the pull tabs, placed within the Air Max unit, Air Uptempo branding on the heels, and pods on the outsole. The only thing this pair lacks is Derek Fisher’s number or Lakers branding. However, the brand will keep it like the original release, so don’t expect to see it on the 2026 pair.
