New Balance’s latest Seasonal Collection for the Made in USA program kicked off last week. Now, we have an early look at the next pair of the 998, which arrives in a smooth ‘Navy’ blue palette this year.
This Summer, New Balance added a range of styles to their Made in USA program, reaching behind the 990 lineage to add other models from the 99x family, with the 998 leading the way with a handful of color schemes already available. Now, the retro distance running shoe is popping up in fresh color schemes for the Winter, like this classic NB ‘Navy’ color scheme. The look begins with a navy blue mesh base, adding rugged grey leather mid layers for the forefoot, tongues, and heels. The outer pigskin suede layers come in a deep navy shade, with hints of white for the laces, ‘N’ outlines, and midsoles complete the look.
NEW BALANCE 998 MADE IN USA ‘NAVY’ RELEASE INFORMATION
New Balance’s next release of their Made in USA 998 has not been announced yet, though they are expected to release sometime later this year. Dressed in a dark Navy blue color scheme with grey accents, pairs will likely be available from both NB and select retailers for $200.
