New Balance appears to be all in on the 650 this season, with a handful of colorways releasing in the last two weeks alone. Now, we have an early look at a new ‘Muted Purple’ style, coming soon.
The New Balance 650 has been heavy in the brand’s rotation of releases over the past month, with new styles popping up on a seemingly daily basis. From the most recent collaboration with Aimé Leon Dore to last week’s ‘Angora‘ pack release, the old-school basketball shoe will have plenty of colorways for the Summer and Fall seasons of 2023. This week, another new style surfaced online, giving the shoe a ‘Muted Purple’ accent. The bulk of the shoe is cast in a pale grey suede, with the signature purple tone making up the collars, tongue branding, and portions of the outsole, while a ghostly yellow shade is added to the soles and ‘N’ branding.
NEW BALANCE 650 ‘RAIN CLOUD’ RELEASE INFORMATION
New Balance’s next colorway of the retro 650 basketball shoe has not been announced for release yet, though we expect to see them launch sometime in the remainder of Summer 2023. The smooth new ‘Muted Purple’ pairs will be available directly from the brand’s website for $140.
