New Balance has just presented a fresh collection of its 997 silhouette, with the shoe emerging in a melange of summer-friendly colorways.This new version of New Balance's 997 comes as a revitalized edition to the original sneaker that first dropped in 1991. And while the overall aesthetic of this new version may seem similar to the OG, New Balance has created this new iteration as a sleeker and less expensive interpretation.It's been designed with a mesh and suede upper, reminiscent of NB's classic performance running sneakers of the past. Additionally, the shoe is also available in a selection of colors; such as off-white, yellow, and green, as well as a special version that combines the lot.What's more, is that the new sneaker's sole unit abandons the top-of-the-line cushioning, and instead, integrates an "aged" approach into the design.
