With the summer season right around the corner, Matthew M. Williams, founder and creative director of 1017 ALYX 9SM, is getting ready to release his next set of 005 Slides. One of those includes this eye-catching “Volt” colorway.
The Nike MMW 005 Slide slides come fully constructed of foam featuring small cutouts throughout the model along with larger ones at the mudguard for breathability. This pair arrives in a Volt makeup atop a Black rubber sole with minimum MMW x Nike logo on the upper portion of the slide. Lightweight cushioning provided by a double-stacked foam midsole with a stabilizing shank plate embedded between the two layers completes the design. The sandals come housed in a custom travel bag.
