Mizuno and Graphpaper Collaborate on Fourth Installment: The "Mountain View"

Graphpaper, a Japan-based fashion brand first founded as a boutique in 2015 by Takayuki Minami, is teaming up with sportswear brand Mizuno for a fourth collaborative sneaker.This fourth installment, dubbed "Mountain View," is executed using  Mizuno's WAVE PROPHECY β2 lifestyle sneaker. Inspiration for the pair is said to be drawn from the late 1990s and early 2000s, a time when outdoor brands were beginning to make their mark in the world of fashion.More specifically, the pair observes a time when design was focused on implementing utility and functionality into pieces to meet the needs of an urban lifestyle.The "Mountain View" uses dark blue hues and accents of purple and white, colors that tie directly into Graphpaper's latest apparel season.As for the construction of the shoe, its upper is made of high-quality materials, like pigskin nubuck.
