In less than half of a year on shelves, Ja Morant and Nike Basketball have established the young guard's first signature shoe, the Nike Ja 1, as a key offering from the division. Despite running into off-the-court problems, Morant continues to sell one look after another, building on the momentum brought forth by his initial "Day One" and Swarovski-adorned "Midnight" looks.With the NBA still enjoying its offseason, the Ja 1 continues to hit shelves, with the newly-revealed "Laser Orange" pair as his next entry in the "Midnight Series" of colorways. Its mesh upper rocks the aforementioned orange, matching the laces and base of the tongue. From there, an almost-black hue offers ample contrast at the Swooshes, heel, lining and base of the tongue tag. Typical branding elements include Morant's signature, the number 12, a dotted "JA" note and his logo in orange at the tongue.
