MSCHF is back with a new colorway of their Super Normal 2 sneaker, this time teaming up with Kid Cudi for the artist’s exuberant ‘Insano’ take on the silhouette.

MSCHF first appeared on the sneaker scene last Summer, crafting wild new silhouettes that pay homage to the history of footwear. Some can be interpreted as flips of classic silhouettes, like their Super Normal and Gobstomper models, while others, like the AC.1 boot, are just straight up weird. This week, the brand has surprised us with a fresh pair of their Super Normal 2 silhouette, this time designed in collaboration with Kid Cudi. Cudder’s take on the model brings some wild energy, dubbing the shoe ‘Insano’. The upper is made of fleece, and features shades of red and pink over a grey base. Embroidered details are added throughout, along with blue and pink laces and midsoles to complete the look.

Kid Cudi’s signature colorway of the MSCHF Super Normal 2 is currently accepting submissions via a 24-hour raffle, on the MSCHF website. Priced at $170, the colorful ‘Insano’ pair of the abnormal silhouette will likely be released in fairly limited numbers.
