As a tribute to their lasting friendship, adidas unveils Harden Vol. 10 “Marathon”.

Created in partnership with The Marathon Clothing, the colorway honors the life and influence of Nipsey Hussle, whose impact continues to resonate far beyond music. Beyond his music, Nipsey is best remembered for his inflappable mindset centered on independence and long-term vision and building while simultaneously giving back to the communities that shaped him. It’s what the generational icons of hip-hop and sport have done in the past.

For James Harden, the connection is deeply personal as both are natives of Los Angeles, and so this Player Exclusive is more than just a new colorway. It arrives in a bold royal blue execution accented by clean white detailing. Subtle elements carry deeper meaning; a Crenshaw wordmark on the insole pays homage to Nipsey’s roots, while “The Marathon Continues” flag at the heel reinforces the philosophy that defined his life’s work. The not-so-subtle reference to Hussle’s life is the tonal blue, a color that is closely associated with Nipsey’s affiliation with the Rollin’ 60s set of the Crips.
