Jordan Brand and J Balvin may already have one of Fall 2026’s biggest sneaker collaborations on their hands, and the slow drip of leaks surrounding the project has only intensified anticipation over the last several months.

First teased back in December of 2025, the unreleased collaboration has gradually surfaced piece by piece through carefully timed public appearances and celebrity co-signs. Early momentum began when DJ Khaled showcased the pair on Instagram, followed some weeks later by Balvin himself wearing an alternate sample version during Super Bowl weekend. Now, we’ve received some of the clearest looks yet at the upcoming release thanks to Balvin’s recent performance at Chicago’s Sueños Festival on May 23rd.

The sneaker itself fully embraces Balvin’s maximalist aesthetic seen through his previous Jumpman collabs. Anchoring the design is a rich brown leather mudguard, while the upper explodes into a colorful patchwork of pastel pinks, light greens, yellows, and soft blues. The playful palette feels directly in line with the vibrant theme that has defined Balvin’s previous Jordan collaborations that rely on storytelling based on his hometown in Colombia.

The timing also arrives shortly after renewed attention surrounding Balvin’s ultra-limited all-black J Balvin x Air Jordan 1 for Friends & Family, which recently resurfaced online and immediately reignited discussion around his growing legacy within the Jordan collaboration space.

While official release details remain under wraps, the continued rollout of new sightings strongly suggests Jordan Brand is beginning to ramp up visibility ahead of what could become one of the season’s most talked-about launches. These are expected in Fall for $225.
