GOD SELECTION XXX, atmos and Clarks Originals Whip Up a Low-Cut Wallabee Collab

GOD SELECTION XXX has teamed with atmos and Clarks Originals to release a fresh take on the classic low-top Wallabee. A continuation of the brand's busy collaborative stretch — since July, it's worked with fragment design on a golf bag as well as teamed up with NUMBER (N)INE and Kosuke Kawamura for 10th anniversary tees — the new Wallabee offers a clean and crisp look, but not one that's lacking for special details.Chief among these special details is a GOD SELECTION XXX monogram on the toebox and throat, which combines a duo of typefaces, one modern and one more gothic. There's also a debossed XXX hit on the lateral heel. Backing the embellishment is a traditional tan suede upper with a triangular hangtag, a red leather inosole, and, of course, a crepe sole.Expect this three-headed collaboration to touch down via atmos and other Japanese stockists on October 7. At the time of writing, info on a retail price or a potential global release plan has yet to be announced. For more from the world of footwear be sure to check out Sole Mates, a weekly Hypebeast series that taps notable individuals in the world of streetwear to discuss the personal stories behind their favorite shoes.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
