First Look at the Air Jordan 1 High “Royal Reimagined”

Jordan Brand's "Reimagined" series consists of modernized retro offerings that are inspired by some of Michael Jordan's most coveted OG kicks. After dropping the Air Jordan 3 "White Cement Reimagined" earlier this year, the Jumpman team is now teasing one of the series' next installments: the Air Jordan 1 High "Royal Reimagined."Unlike the aforementioned AJ 3 and the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Lost and Found," this forthcoming variation takes a departure from its model's traditional build. The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG is widely known to be made up of smooth leather panels, but Jordan designers instead opted to construct its side panels and toe boxes with buttery suede. Its "Royal Blue" accents land in its usual spots across the lower heel overlays, collars, Swooshes and toe boxes, the quarters and surrounding overlays are dialed to a solid black hue. Tongues retain their nylon material and are topped off with Nike Air branding.
