Anthony Edwards’ AE1 from adidas remains one of the best performance basketball shoes on the market. The two seem to be well aware of this, and are releasing more and more colorways into 2025, recently adding a “Blue Burst” look to their calendar.

adidas and Anthony Edwards have had a perfect run this year with their AE1, the first signature shoe for the Timberwolves forward. With the release of the second edition likely coming sometime in Spring 2025, the two are cooking up their last few new styles of the AE1 to release until then.

This week, a bright new colorway of the AE1 has surfaced, currently expected to arrive early next year. Dubbed “Blue Burst”, the new pair follows the same color blocking that made the shoe a hit, mixing a black mesh base layer with a bright iridescent cage element.

ADIDAS AE1 LOW “BLUE BURST” RELEASE INFORMATION

The next colorway of Anthony Edwards’ adidas AE1 Low has not been announced for release yet, but is expected to arrive sometime early in 2025. Dressed in black mesh a Blue Burst glossy cage, pairs will be available from the Three Stripes and select retailers for $110.
