It feels increasingly rare for a collaborative partnership to remain red-hot for more than a few years. Whether by overproduction to the point of stagnation or consumer apathy, or simply as a result of aesthetic trends shifting away from the initial starting point, it feels like even the most shimmering footwear partnerships eventually lose their luster. Nike and Cynthia Lu’s Cactus Plant Flea Market have managed to buck that, in large degree due to a metered approach to new product; their Nike ACG efforts, Uptempo-inspired Air Force 1 in several colorays, and Swamp Sponge Dunk were all instant sell-outs over the past couple of years.

For their next act, Nike and Cactus Plant Flea Market are aiming to right some old wrongs. The Nike Flea 1, their first stab at a signature CPFM silhouette, is on the way back for Holiday 2026. Though now coveted as a sample, the model was eventually scrapped due to major discrepancies between their listed size and how the actual product fit.

With Travis Scott teasing his own collab version, the Nike Flea 1 is officially back on the menu, now appearing via in-hand looks at its original mossy colorway. The creative streak of CPFM is visible through the design, from an overgrown sole unit to quilted textures in the upper, while the Nike branding gets its own eccentric twists; a half-length Nike Swoosh only appears on the lateral side, contrasted by a simplified reverse version just below the collar.

The Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Flea 1 is currently expected to release in the Holiday 2026 window, placing it between now and the end of the year. Beyond this “Barley” version, a “Black/Sail” colorway will also be dropping. A $180 retail price is confirmed for either version.
