Footwear brands across the landscape have proven time and time again that animal prints are back, and in a big way. While the epicenter of that movement has been the slim and slim-soled silhouettes like the Nike Field General, Puma Speedcat, or adidas Samba, that zoological takeover hasn’t been shy about moving onto other forms of footwear.

Even with all that said, the Nike Pegasus Premium “Zebra Print” is a surprising development, not least of which because the triple-stacked silhouette has tended towards simple, sporty fare for so long. Draping its mesh foundation with the zig-zag white and black of its real-life inspiration, the shoe adds to its gaudiness factor with a metallic gold Swoosh, before breaking into more grounded territory with a neutral midsole and Zoom Air unit.

The Nike Pegasus Premium “Zebra Print” doesn’t have a concrete release date at the time of this writing, but expect this pair to release sometime in the Spring 2026 window.
