Miami skate shop Andrew has netted their first collaboration with Salomon this season. To celebrate the two have cooked up an homage to a staple of the local culinary scene; the XT-6 “Florida Stone Crab”, releasing next week.

Andrew is a full-service skate shop founded in Miami, Florida in 2017. Since its inception, the store has grown to also include a full fledged line of apparel, which they use to celebrate the city’s cultural history as well as Miami’s unique visual aesthetic. Andrew has grown tremendously since 2017, and now releases regular collections which include everything from proper shirting to wallets and skate decks. The store also has a number of high profile collaborations under their belt, with Carpet Company and the Miami Dolphins. This month, they are adding the French outdoor brand Salomon to that list, making their first foray into sneakers with the XT-6 trail runner.

The debut project from Andrew and Salomon celebrates Miami’s culinary culture, paying homage to one specific piece of local food; the Florida Stone Crab. The release arrives just a couple months into the crab season, which runs until May of 2026. The XT-6 takes on the coloring of a stone crab, donning a clean gradient upper that starts with a deep orange forefoot and fades to a cream white hue around the heels. The shoe’s synthetic overlays come in a mix of white and black, while Andrew’s branding appears on the tongue labels and the inner heels. One last nod to their city appears on the outer toe with Miami’s 305 area code.

The upcoming release from Miami’s Andrew skate shop and Salomon has been scheduled to drop next week, on Monday, December 8th, 2025. However, Andrew will be hosting a release party with early pairs on December 4th in Miami. Their take on the XT-6 trail shoe comes in a “Florida Stone Crab” theme, sporting an orange gradient and Miami’s 305 area code. Pairs will be available from both partners as well as select retailers for $190.
