Last week, a new collaboration between New Balance and Portland rapper Aminé was announced, and now, we have a first look at the artists ‘The Mooz’ 610, coming soon.
New Balance has made a name for themselves on their ability to seek out exciting new collaborative partners. This month, the Boston brand has unveiled a new partnership with Aminé, the rapper hailing from Portland. Despite announcing the team-up just last week, Aminé is already showing off his take on the 610 trail model. Taking inspiration from his Club Banana record label, the shoe will come in a brown and yellow color scheme from an aging ‘nanner. The shoe’s unique mesh base layer comes in the yellow tone, while brown patent leather make up the overlays of this model. Yellow iridescent panels are found at the toes and heels, while a toggle lacing system completes the look.
AMINÉ X NEW BALANCE 610 ‘THE MOOZ’ RELEASE INFORMATION
Aminé’s upcoming take on the New Balance 610 has not been announced for release, though they are expected to arrive sometime in Summer 2023. ‘The Mooz’ colorway features shades of brown and yellow for a banana-inspired look, and will likely be available exclusively through the NB website for an estimated $160.
