Nike held another SNKRS Showcase livestream today, this time highlighting products from their Basketball line, both new and retro. Among the upcoming styles was a re-release of the “Pearl” Foamposite Pro, coming this Fall.

Nike’s Foamposite line has seen a lot of attention from the brand over the last year. The shoe’s iconic “Galaxy” edition was the focus of this year’s All-Star Weekend festivities, along with the introduction of the GT Future, a new model in the expansive Foam family. Nike still has plenty of re-releases slated for the rest of the year, and this week’s SNKRS Showcase gave us an early look at a fan-favorite color scheme, making its first appearance in ten years.

The “Pearl” edition of the Foamposite Pro was last seen in 2015, but previously saw retro releases in 2002, 2009, and 2010. The simple black and white look with red accents was among the shoe’s original color schemes in 1997, and is known for combining the Foam’s striking design with a simple, neutral color palette. Now, Nike is readying the iconic look for another re-release, slated to arrive this Fall. The new pair recreates the original to a T, with a crisp white upper, glossy black Swooshes, and just a hint of red.

NIKE FOAMPOSITE PRO “PEARL” RELEASE INFORMATION

Nike has officially announced a set date for their retro release of the Foamposite Pro “Pearl” on November 28th. Featuring the iconic white, black, and red color scheme that has seen a number of re-release over the years, pairs will be available from both Nike.com and select retailers for $240.
