Skatable Nike SB versions of existing footwear styles aren’t going anywhere, a trend alive and well as demonstrated just the other day with word of an Air Jordan 12 Low SB pack arriving in 2027. But of all the recent transformations we’ve seen, from the Air Max 95 SB to Supreme’s Air Max2 CB 94 Low pack, the Nike SB Air Force 1 is the one with a strong chance of sticking around for a bit. It looks great, and more importantly, skaters actually like it for skating, at least more than some of SB’s more ambitious retoolings. The pipeline now continues flowing with a banger “Navy/Black” colorway for the cooler months, coming soon to SNKRS and a skate shop near you.
Taking on the same build as every general release thus far, the SB Air Force 1 here sports a navy suede upper with black filling out the Swoosh, backtab, and midsole. The Air Force 1 is famous for its tall midsole, a key element SB made skateable by thinning out the toe area for a better board feel. That change, paired with a more padded tongue and interior, a wider toe box, and updated traction, makes for a winner.
The Nike SB Air Force 1 “Navy/Black” releases via Nike SNKRS on November 13th for $120. Pairs will likely begin arriving at skate shops about a week earlier. Check out official images below if you’re considering scooping a pair.
