Introducing the Serena Williams Design Crew, launched on September 1, 2020, an apprenticeship program that nurtures diverse designers. Co-founded by Serena Williams and Nike, this initiative cultivates emerging talent in fashion.

The inaugural class included 10 New York City apprentices. Guided by Serena Williams and Nike, they crafted a vibrant collection inspired by the 1990s, featuring footwear, apparel, and accessories. Released in September 2021, the collection made waves.

Expanding its range, the SWDC now unveils a fresh lineup featuring iconic styles like Air Max 1, Air Huarache, and Dunk Low Disrupt 2.

The Nike Air Max 1 in this collection boasts premium materials, breathable perforations on the toe, and an Orange-dominant upper. Complemented by White leather mudguards and visible Air Max heel units, Clear Jade accents add a lively touch.
