Having skated for the legendary Patti McGee's OGBetty, Apache Skateboards, Propel Skate Academy and Las ChicAZ, she is also a skateboarding instructor in both Southern California and Phoenix, Arizona. Combining her creativity with her love for skateboarding, Di'Orr Greenwood is also known for her one-of-a-kind indigenous skateboard designs. From graphic designing to native cedar wood flute making, her Navajo roots always inform her work. Her latest creative endeavor brings her to work on a Nike SB Dunk High collaboration. Bringing her vision to life, the upcoming shoe is a nod to her roots and skateboarding background.Her collaboration on the SB Dunk High sees a bold use of colors for a lively set of hues. Using turquoise blue and rugged orange to highlight the side panels, the SB Dunk model also features a Decon-inspired design. Exposing the foam tongues and featuring a slimmer ankle collar, the details complement the multicolored accents across the heel, tongue and sole. The shoes insoles feature a graphic of the Arizona valleys an desert landscape, as a reminder of home.
