There’s no debate over which country is king of the Nike Air Max 95, only which city (Liverpool or London) holds its true dominion. England has always had a special affinity for the 110, a symbol of status and style fueled by generations of blokes and more than a few lawbreakers. With the World Cup approaching, it’s no surprise Nike is tapping the Sergio Lozano icon as the canvas for a special England-themed release.

“Less is more” appears to be the motto here. Most of the sneaker is done in white, including the midsole and three of the four leather side panels. The lace loops, Swoosh, and “big bubble” Air unit appear in Speed Red, while Metallic Silver adds some flair to the spine, tongue cover, and the remaining side panel. Last but not least is England’s Three Lions crest at the top of the tongue.

This is one of a few national team-inspired Nike Sportswear releases to surface ahead of the World Cup, joined by an Air Force 1 for the USA, an Air Max Plus for France, and multiple styles tied to Mexico.
