Chicago retailer Notre is teaming up with Salomon for the first collaboration between the two, taking the XT-4 trail runner and applying a look inspired by grass-stained sneakers.

Salomon’s collaborative arm of their outdoor sneakers consistently presents excellent new takes on some of their iconic silhouettes. This year we’ve already seen a high-profile release from JJJJound, along with a dark look from END. Clothing dropping this week. Now, Chicago shop Notre has unveiled their first project with the French outdoor brand, taking on the XT-4 trail running shoe for their debut release. Inspired by grass stains that cover otherwise clean sneakers, this look begins with a gradient mesh upper that fades from off-white at the top to a lush green around the lower portions. The synthetic taped overlays are added in a pastel green shade, while olive accents decorate the toe caps and midsoles. The mesh tongue and inner lining come in a light brown shade to complete the look.

NOTRE X SALOMON XT-4 RELEASE INFORMATION

The upcoming release from Chicago’s Notre and Salomon has been scheduled to release next week, on Friday, August 25th, 2023. Inspired by grass-stained white sneakers, the XT-4 will be available exclusively through the retailer’s website with an expected price tag of around $220.
