NN.07 and SEBAGO's New Collaboration Brings "Scandi Leather for Scandi Weather"

Copenhagen-based label NN.07 has just presented an all-new collaboration with SEBAGO, with the pair coming together to create a limited-edition version of the Classic Dan Loafer.The shoe has been revealed as a dinner-party-meets-hiking-shoe creation, unveiling a contemporary silhouette with a functional edge. For example, the loafer is hit with a water-repellent finish on the upper alongside flexible and durable leather soles, ensuring year-round wearability, whether "you're in New York, London, or Copenhagen," as per the official press release.Teaming up with Denmark-based tannery SPOOR to source the Scandinavian hides, the shoe is also complemented by customary NN.07 x SEBAGO branding on a cobalt blue woven tab. "Our aim with this project was to create a shoe that could serve as a testament to the exceptional quality of traceable leather and bring attention to the technology behind responsibly sourced materials," Mikkel Hammershøj, PR Manager and Head of Special Projects, NN.07, said.Additionally, the shoe is designed with intricately placed paneled detailing around the lateral sides, with further leather piping then added to the upper.
