Its official, Lebron James is returning for another season in the NBA, this time with the Philadelphia 76ers. After his announcement, a new “White Label” pair of the Lebron 23 has surfaced, coming soon.
LeBron James holds the record for the longest active career in the NBA, wrapping up his twenty-third season this year. The past few months have been filled with leaks and speculation about the King’s next move, whether he would stay for another year in Los Angeles, or even in the league at all. This morning, Lebron himself took to Twitter to announce his decision, stating that he still has something to contribute, and is still very much in love with the game of basketball. His twenty-fourth season in the league will be played with the Philadelphia 76ers, a shocking move that will make the Philly team only the fourth professional basketball team to have Lebron on their roster. Shortly after his announcement, James’ signature sneaker with Nike surfaced in a new colorway, as a part of the larger “White Label” pack. The collection is crafted to celebrate the WNBA’s All-Star game this weekend, decking out the Ja 3, Sabrina 4, A’Two, Book 2, GT Cut 4, and Caitlin 1 in crisp white colorways. Lebron’s pair goes to a higher level of luxury, constructing the shoe in a snakeskin textured suede, quilted inner linings, and gold tongue branding.
NIKE LEBRON 23 “WHITE LABEL” RELEASE INFORMATION
Nike has not officially announced the “White Label” release of Lebron James’ twenty-third signature model yet, but given the rest of the collection is dropping this weekend for WNBA All-Star, we can assume the LBJ pair will be in the mix in Chicago. Dressed in off-white snakeskin textured materials with silver branding accents, we expect this pair to carry a higher retail price than the usual $210, but nothing is set in stone yet.
