The Nike LeBron 23 “Stewie” will be released in Fall 2026. Inspired by Stewie from Family Guy, the theme was first used in 2009 on the LeBron 6. Upon its debut, this pair will be limited and only available at a handful of locations. The retail price is $210.

LeBron James and the Lakers took on the Phoenix Suns on December 1st, 2025. While the Lakers did fall to the Suns, what most people in the sneaker community are talking about is the kicks LBJ was wearing, the “Stewie” Nike LeBron 23. According to my sources, the shoes will be released in Fall 2026, alongside other classics.
The LeBron 23 “Stewie” is inspired by the Family Guy character from one one LeBron’s favorite shows. We would first see the theme used on the 2009 Nike LeBron 6 PE, which was never released to the public. The pair is considered a grail, and finding one at a good price is nearly impossible.
The overall color blocking on this Nike LeBron 23 resembles the attire that Stewie wears in Family Guy. Furthermore, it features bold lines, resembling hand-drawn lines you would see in a cartoon. Starting off with White on the upper, with Red, Black, and Blue running down towards the midsole to form the crown. Yellow lands on the tongues, while Blue covers the laces. The medial side showcases the LBJ crown logo, and a special crest graces the tongue. The design is completed with a Black rubber outsole.

Bottom Line
The “Stewie” LeBron 6 is one of those pairs you wish you had. Well, at least for me. But there is no way I could afford what they’re asking. The next best thing, in my opinion, is the LeBron 23. The blocking is on par with the 6, plus I really like the build of the 23. The only drawback is that this will be a limited release, so obtaining my size won’t be easy.
