Nike Ja 1 “Chinese New Year” Releasing January 2024

Celebrating Chinese New Year, Ja Morant and Nike Basketball will release a special rendition of the Ja 1. Shown is the Nike Ja 1 “CNY”, which will be released in January 2024.

Although Ja Morant is currently serving his suspension, we still see brand new colorways of his signature shoe, the Ja 1 release debut. In fact, the pairs seem to be doing well, which is a good thing for the All-Star point guard. As we look ahead to 2024, the two will team up to release a new pair of the Ja 1. For this pair, they will be celebrating Chinese New Year (CNY).

This Nike Ja 1 comes dressed in a White, Game Royal, and Pure Platinum color combination. Constructed with the usual mesh and leather, this pair will also come with ripstop. Connecting to CNY, we have Metallic Gold details appear on the Swoosh logos, lace dubraes, mid-foot, and heel tabs. Morant’s branding is spotted on the lateral heel and tongue label. Other details include a White midsole and a Blue rubber outsole. 

Nike Ja 1 Chinese New Year Release Date

For those celebrating CNY, the Nike Ja 1 “Chinese New Year” will be released at select retailers and Nike.com on January 22nd, 2024. The shoes will be available in men’s sizes for $140, and grade school sizes will cost you $105. Below, you can check out more photos to give you a closer look.
