Nike just launched their second venture into 3D printed sneakers with the Air Max 95000 last month. At their ComplexCon booth, they showed off some upcoming colorways for the unique silhouette, including a two-tone “Pink Foam” edition for 2026.
After adidas paved the way for 3D printing in footwear all the way back in 2017, the practice has become much more common in recent years. Other brands have adopted printed elements in shoes, but Zellerfeld has emerged as the go-to printing house for custom sneakers. The company offers all kinds of designers and celebrities to submit their own ideas, and prints sneakers on demand for purchase. Their knowledge and scale attracted the attention of Nike, who used Zellerfeld to manufacture the Air max 1000, their first 3D printed shoe. This season, the two unveiled their follow-up the Air Max 95000.
After a small batch release at ComplexCon in October, the AM95K is ready for its wide release in the black/volt color later this month. However, Nike is tiding us over with a tease of whats to come for the new model, showing off some upcoming colors during the convention in Vegas last month. Among the new styles was a “Pink Foam” look, which brings two shades of pink to the model. Just like the debut colorway, this look features a main body color (a light shade of pink) paired with small accents for the Air bags, Swooshes, and a line of trim that runs the perimeter.
