Nigel Sylvester helped Jordan Brand debut their new AJ4 RM this year, and now he is rumored to return for another main line project in 2025. Check out the mockup of the Air Jordan 1 “Nitro”, expected for Fall of next year.

BMX rider Nigel Sylvester made headlines back in 2018 as the first athlete of his sport to release a collaboration with Jordan Brand. Since then, Sylvester has become one of their featured athletic partners, with all of his footwear supplied by Jordan and Nike. This year, he returned for another collaboration with the iconic brand, helping to debut their Air Jordan 4 RM model with his own green color scheme.

Next year, Nigel and Jordan Brand will return to the silhouette that started their partnership back in 2018; the Air Jordan 1. This time, the two are focusing on the shoe’s low-top variant, giving the model a “Nitro” look. No images of the shoe are available yet, but the color palette suggests an off-white base with black overlays, and hints of Varsity Red to complete the look.

Nigel Sylvester’s next project with Jordan Brand does not have an official release date yet, but is expected to arrive soon on August 16th, 2025. Featuring the Air Jordan 1 Low in a “Nitro” black and white color scheme with red accents, pairs will likely be available through both Nike and select retailers.
