New Balance’s 1906R Will See an ‘Eclipse’ Colorway This Year

New Balance has big plans for their recent 1906R silhouette, with a range of new colors surfacing this week. Today, we got an early look at a new ‘Eclipse’ style, coming soon.

The 1906R from New Balance is quickly becoming one of the brand’s hottest new models, combining retro inspiration with a modern day love for classic runners. After its debut last year, the Boston brand has poured its energy into producing new in-line styles, like the ‘Eclipse’ pair we got our first look at today. The new look features an extremely dark purple upper, almost appearing as black. Matching overlays cover the midfoot and toes with white lines running through them, while a silver metallic heel clip adds a pop of contrast. The ‘N’ logos come in an off-white shade similar to moonrocks to complete the look.

NEW BALANCE 1906R ‘ECLIPSE’ RELEASE INFORMATION

New Balance’s latest colorway of the 1906R has not been announced for release, though they are expected to arrive sometime during the Spring 2023 season. Featured in dark purple with silver and grey accents, the ‘Eclipse’ look will be available from both the brand’s website and select retailers for the usual $150.
