New Balance Adds ‘Mushroom’ Brown Shades to the 550

New Balance’s 550 continues to launch in new colorways, retaining its classic style through simple colors palettes. This week, we got a first look at a new ‘Mushroom’ brown pair, coming soon.

The 550 from New Balance has seen its fair share of releases over the past few years, dropping in dozens of fresh color schemes as well as a healthy dose of collaborative exclusive releases. With plenty of new pairs still on the horizon, the Boston brand continues to add more, like this ‘Mushroom’ brown style for Fall 2023. The new look features a uniform shade of brown across its mesh base and suede overlays, with slight variation for the heel clips and ‘N’ logos. The NB and 550 branding on the toes and heels are embroidered in white thread, while a white and cream sole unit completes the look.

NEW BALANCE 550 ‘MUSHROOM’ RELEASE INFORMATION

New Balance’s latest colorway of their 550 has not been announced for release yet, though we expect to see them drop sometime in Fall 2023. Dressed in ‘Mushroom’ brown shades, pairs will be available from both the brand’s website and select retailers for $120. UPDATE 9/28/23: New Balance’s latest batch of 550 colorways has been scheduled to release this week, on September 29th, 2023. Available in this ‘dusty’Mushroom’ brown shade as well as grey, olive, and blue colorways, pairs will be available for $120.
