Kith is gearing up for an exciting collaboration, as their recent Instagram post hinted. The brand’s founder, Ronnie Fieg, unveiled that Kith is set to launch its debut collection in partnership with the NFL. This collection will not only celebrate the New York Giants but also hints at a broader collaboration encompassing satin bombers for all 32 NFL teams.

Fieg’s personal connection with the Giants is deep-rooted. He reminisced about a childhood memory from 1987 when he had to choose between a Giants and a Jets beanie. At the tender age of five, his aversion to the color green led him to pick the Giants, which would influence his sports allegiance for over three decades.

Fast forward to four years later, Fieg was engrossed in watching Super Bowl XXV with his father. While he was too young to realize the game’s significance, he vividly remembers the iconic moment when Al Michaels announced Scott Norwood’s missed kick. The journey of being a Giants fan had its highs and lows, but a defining moment came in 2008. Fieg and his friends gathered to watch Super Bowl XLII, where they witnessed what many consider the greatest football game ever. The Giants, underdogs against the undefeated Patriots, clinched the title with some unforgettable plays, including Eli Manning’s incredible pass to David Tyree.

2011 was another monumental year for Fieg, not just because the Giants clinched another Super Bowl title against the Patriots, but it was also the year he met Victor Cruz, who later became the best man at his wedding. Cruz’s journey from being undrafted in 2010 to becoming a pivotal player for the Giants in their Super Bowl win is truly inspirational.
