SLAM and Nike are bringing the Zoom Hyperflight back with a design that pays tribute to one of the model’s most recognizable players. Jason Williams wore the original Hyperflight during his NBA career, making him a natural fit for this updated collaboration. The former Sacramento Kings guard was also featured in SLAM throughout his career, adding another connection to the project.
The “Platinum” Nike Zoom Hyperflight keeps things simple with a metallic silver finish across most of the upper. Black appears on the tongue, laces, and other areas around the shoe. Small Purple accents add some color, and the outsole is translucent. Several details establish the pair’s connection to Williams.
