First Look at Supreme’s Nike Courtposite
Supreme Nike Courtposite Gold

Supreme has frequently tapped into Nike’s archives to pull out some weird and unique silhouettes from the brand’s past. This week, we got our first look at their take on the 2002 Courtposite, coming soon.

The Nike Courtposite shoe first released in 2002, bringing the brand’s famous Foamposite technology to the tennis court. At the time, it was almost universally panned, with players like Andre Agassi outright refusing to wear the shoe during matches. The molded silhouette quickly faded into the brand’s archives, only to reappear over twenty years later, and with Supreme’s logo on it. Shown by Nike athlete Carlos Alcaraz, the Spanish tennis player currently ranked No. 1 in the world, it appears Supreme and Nike are cooking up a few colorways of the retro model. The only pair we’ve seen sports a Metallic Gold finish over its molded outer layers, which fades to black at the toes to match the rest of the design.
