In September 2023, Vanessa Bryant unveiled the Nike Mamba Program, introducing exclusive Nike Kobes to six NCAA basketball teams, including UConn, LSU, Oregon, USC, Kentucky, and Duke Women’s Basketball. Recently, the Duke team showcased two unique Nike Kobe 8 Protro PEs.

Draped in Duke Blue Devils’ hues, one pair boasts Blue with White accents, while the other flips the color scheme. Both pairs feature the iconic engineered mesh upper, the school’s “D” logo on the tongues, Lunarlon-infused midsoles, and Black rubber outsoles.

Though these Nike Kobe Player Exclusives won’t hit the shelves for the public, anticipate more school-themed colorways from the “Mamba Program” schools during the season.
