The first Nike SB skate shop collab of the year has surfaced, though it is unclear when this pair will release. Crafted in partnership with South Carolina’s Bluetile, the Dunk Low takes on a stealthy black and blue color scheme with some colorful orange accents.
Nike SB’s collaborations with local skate shops have been a defining part of its cultural DNA since SB’s launch in 2002, when Nike first seeded Dunks through independent skate stores to support the communities that kept skateboarding alive. Over the last twenty-plus years, the SB team has worked closely with their retail partners, giving nearly every local shop a chance to design their own sneaker release, typically in the form of the Dunk Low. This month, South Carolina shop Bluetile has begun to tease their version of the iconic sneaker, sharing early looks via an unboxing video last week. Their take on the silhouette brings plenty of texture to the upper, combining black and dark blue cracked leather with a woven nylon Swoosh. The heels are wrapped in embroidered tile details in orange and white, with their name across each shoe. The South Carolina flag is hidden on each of the inner tongues, and two sets of fuzzy laces round out the new design.

The upcoming project from South Carolina’s Bluetile skate shop and Nike SB has not been given a release date yet, but is expected to release during the Summer 2025 season. Featuring the Dunk Low for their debut release, Bluetile’s version dresses the silhouette in a combination blue and black hues, using unique materials and flashy accents to complete the look. Pairs will be available first from Bluetile, followed by a wider SNKRS release. Pairs are expected to be priced at $135.
