It comes as no surprise that the London-based designer's hit collaborative shoe takes the British city by storm. In other Nike collaborations, Ancuta Sarca's upcycled football boot turned high heel catches onlookers' attentions. Sarca is now a household name in U.K. fashion, after she was included in The British Fashion Council's BFC NEWGEN scheme. In collaborations, the Wales Bonner x adidas Samba made an appearance alongside the Balenciaga x Crocs Boot, as did the Comme Des Garçons Homme Plus x Nike Air Max Sunder, often seen worn during fashion weeks, proving that it is a timeless partnership. Other technical sneakers in the form of Asics and Alpinestars shoes gear up for a functionality.
