The Air Jordan 40 “Chicago” will be released on November 1, 2025. This will be the first Air Jordan 40 to feature the Wings logo and is inspired by the Jordan 1. The retail price is $205.
Jordan Brand will debut a new colorway of the Air Jordan 40 during the Holiday 2025 season. Nicknamed “Chicago” by many, Jordan Brand has referred to this pair as “Go” behind the scenes. What makes this pair interesting is that it’s inspired by the Air Jordan 1, which is celebrating its 40th Anniversary.
As you can see, this Air Jordan 40 is dressed in a Sail, Varsity Red, White, and Black color combination. Unlike other Jordan 40 releases, this is the first pair to feature a Wings logo. As you can see, the shoes are covered in Sail and constructed with leather, which also appears on the Swoosh. In addition, the tongue is inspired by the Air Jordan 1, featuring a nylon build, and it comes with a Red label bearing Nike Air branding. The medial side has a section covered in Gold with ventilation, and “Air Jordan” lands on the heels. The look is completed with a partial milky translucent rubber outsole.
