The Eastside Golf x Jordan ADG 4 “1961” Celebrates Change

Eastside Golf and Jordan Brand are back at it again. Instead of collaborating on an Air Jordan model, however, the burgeoning partners have reimagined the Jordan ADG 4.

Unquestionably a golf shoe, the low-top silhouette features an understated color scheme across its suede and leather upper. Components around the lower heel reference the iconic Air Jordan 3, all while introducing a vibrant green tone into the mix. What the pair lacks in loudness in terms of color palette, however, is made up for via the messaging behind the collaboration.

The shoe box boasts a message on the front that reads “In honor of those who paved the way for change. 1961”; sockliners also make reference to this detail, an important one given it’s the year the PGA Tour lifted its ban on non-white golfers. Such a ban would allow athletes like those behind Eastside Golf to participate in the sport.

Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch soon.
