Nike’s Air Force 1 surfaced with an interesting new look over the Summer, applying a printed housefly graphic to an otherwise crisp white style. The implication of a fly-infested shoe is somewhat perplexing, but they are doubling down, adding the Air Max 95 to the pack.

Nike has released plenty of weird and wacky sneakers over the years, usually in eccentric colors and styles. This penchant for taking inspiration from the obscure lives on in a forthcoming release of the “Houseflies” pack, which brings an infestation of common flies to some of their iconic sneaker silhouettes. It is currently unclear what the exact story behind this release is, but the unquestionable attention to detail is certainly a strong statement from the Swoosh.

While the Air Force 1 from the “Houseflies” pack came in an all-white build with black graphics across the shoe, the Air Max 95 from the theme flips the script, for a much darker look. Instead, this 95 comes constructed entirely from jet black leather across all layers of the retro runner. The fly-shaped prints come in a reflective 3M finish for some added flair. The Air bags and tongue branding come in vibrant Volt green shades for a splash of color, with a spider-web tongue badge and gel Swoosh to complete the look.

Nike second addition to their upcoming “Houseflies” pack is currently expected to release this month, on October 21st, 2025. The Air Max 95 dons a reverse colorway of its AF1 counterpart, sporting an all-black design with reflective fly prints. Pairs will likely be available from both Nike and select retailers, and will cost $200.
