The New Balance 860v2 is quietly making a comeback this year, with fresh colorways slowly rolling out. This week, we got our first look at a new ‘Earth & Mars’ pack, featuring colors inspired by the celestial bodies.
New Balance’s 860v2 is back for 2023. After returning in collaboration with Aimé Leon Dore earlier this year, the brand’s 2011 running shoe is starting to lineup in new in-line colorways for this season, following on the heels of the simple black & silver pairs from Spring. This week, we learned that a special-edition ‘Earth & Mars’ pack that originally released in Korean markets several months ago. Featuring two colorways inspired by celestial bodies, the Mars pair is cast in shades of brown, stacking lighter tones on top of its dark underlays. The Earth look features similar neutral tones, with layers of green and yellow hidden at the base.
NEW BALANCE 860V2 ‘EARTH & MARS’ PACK RELEASE INFORMATION
New Balance’s upcoming special-edition releases of the 860v2 silhouette has not been announced for release, though we hope to see them arrive stateside sometime in Fall 2023. Featuring colorways inspired by colors on Earth & Mars, pairs will likely be available from New Balance and select retailers for $160.
