The 997 model was originally released in 1991, a shoe that came equipped with unique synthesis of style and technology utilizing NB’s ENCAP and C-CAP cushioning in the midsole. For 2023, the popular silhouette will be remodeled once again with the debut of the 997R.
Shown here is a first look at the New Balance 997R that resembles the OG, while having some adjustments to its original shape. It arrives in classic Grey tones constructed in a mix of mesh, pebbled leather, and pigskin suede materials. One of the most notable details includes the tuck-away “N” logos on the sides and newly reworked rubber sole.
