COMME des GARÇON’s Homme Plus division has released their latest collaboration with Nike this week, bringing back the brand’s 2005 Air Pegasus running shoe in tonal black & white colorways.

The team behind COMME des GARÇON’s Homme Plus division has a knack for reaching into Nike’s archives and pulling out some unexpected models for their collaborations. This week, the two quietly released a new project, featuring the Air Pegasus 2005 in two tonal color schemes. Originally released in, you guessed it, 2005, the model is the twenty-second iteration of the Pegasus line, one of Nike’s flagship performance running shoes. For their interpretation, CdGH has crafted the shoe’s upper from breathable mesh and nubuck leather overlays, casting them entirely in black or white. The Swooshes feature a semi-reflective element, making them shine in some of the product photos below.
