Closer Look at Louis Vuitton SS24 Footwear

In the just-over 24 hours since Louis Vuitton captivated the world with Pharrell's first runway show at Paris Fashion Week, headlines surrounding the showcase have highlighted everything from the accompanying new music to the star-studded list of attendees. As a result, the show's attention has drifted away from the newly-presented designs themselves. Thankfully, Louis Vuitton's head of design for men's footwear -- Mathias Patillon -- has offered a preview of what him and his team have created with Skateboard P.During the show, it was difficult for even the most detailed onlooker to make out all of the pieces that walked across the Pont Neuf bridge. Thankfully, this early look details three key silhouettes. First, the LV Footprint -- a slip-on boot slipper -- appears with the brand's monogram in three colorways. Under the fuzzy surface, the branded outsole is designed in the shape of a foot. Following this eye-catching design, checkered slippers in six looks see an "LV" script adorn the toe in gold with the traditional "LV" at the footbed.
