Nike’s releases of the retro Zoom Vomero 5 runner continue to line up, this week adding a bright ‘Varsity Maize’ color scheme to the arsenal, along with some reflective details for an eye-catching finish.

The Vomero line from Nike is currently in its sixteenth iteration as a premier running shoe, but in recent years the Swoosh has revitalized the Zoom Vomero 5 for its lifestyle offerings. The silhouette has been refreshed with a number of brand new colorways, including the ‘Varsity Maize’ style we got our first look at this week. The look features a white mesh underlay, adding pale orange suede mid layers on top. The rest is finished in the brand’s signature shade of yellow, adding 3M reflective elements to the toes, heels, Swooshes, and laces.

Nike’s latest pair of the Zoom Vomero 5 has not been announced for release, though they are expected to launch sometime in Spring 2023. Colored in ‘Varsity Maize’ with a dose of reflective elements, the pair will be available via the SNKRS app and select retailers for the usual $160.
